5 /5 Rey Reyes: Let’s just say this TD Branch at Pelham Parkway knows customer service very well, and customers best interest. I went in to process a transfer, and the banker Fiza, took me readily within minutes of my arrival. As she processed my wire, she also noticed accounts that were not fitting for me as they were unused, she then proceeded with my approval to close the accounts so that I did not have to continue to pay account fees, and also returned a $30 maintenance fee back to me. She’s is great for spotting the lack of usage and seeking my banking interest. Thank you Fiza.

5 /5 Dih Dih: I was assisted today by Shakira at the TD Bank Pelham Parkway branch in the Bronx. She was very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Her customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated how clearly and respectfully she handled everything. She represents the bank very well. Thank you, Shakira!

1 /5 Bakeel Ali: The worse bank in my live after been with them almost 10 years they decide to close me both account business & personal with no reason. From here I’m telling everyone please stay away from td bank. They catch them with money Laundry . And now they close people account .

5 /5 Amanda Delossantos: TD is one of my favorite banks, Ive never had an issue. This location is great, Jennifer remained professional while she faced some issues with her computer. Its also great that they hand you the cards right there in person so you dont have to wait for it in the mail.

1 /5 Frank Ceresa: I went into this bank because I needed to get some Euros for my up coming trip in a week. They are one of the only branches to have Euros available the same day. I get greeted by the manager and he directs me to the cashier who can give me the rates for the day. I ask the cashier about the rates for the day and she gets on the phone and calls the manager over. Apparently the manager who was just standing there talking to another worker needs to count the Euros before she can give me the rates!! So now I had to wait about 15 minutes for him the count the Euros. So instead on just doing it when I first walk into the bank, he was just being lazy. Since I don’t have an account I had to pay $10 more instead of $7.50 for account holders. I said I will be back. About 2 hrs later I came back and said I want the Euros. I went to the same cashier just to make it easier since she dealt with me earlier that day. I told her how much I need and she I forgot to tell you earlier since you don’t have an account I can only give you 1500 Euros if you have an account I can give you more!!! So let’s open an account, she said you need to sign in and talk to an account specialist. It’s an 45 wait!!! Customer service and knowledge has possible been the worst I have experienced. I hope this help you make a decision not to become a customer of this bank. I’m so happy I am not a customer of his bank.
