No automated way to handle my account. Nobody answers the phone outside of business hours. Their debit cards dont work, and then they charge YOU $10 to replace them, and make you wait for 45+ minutes. Try SoFi banking instead.

Mark Hagan: My family was on a trip back home and decided to stop by at 830 on a Saturday when we pulled up it looked as if they were closed. We pulled through the drive thru and was told they closed the lobby due to being “short staffed” with 4 employees but they weren’t even remotely busy! We needed to use the restroom and asked if we could come in and was told no by the manager on duty. She was extremely rude and was a big Smart A•• telling us the restrooms at the gas station were very clean and open. When I asked for corporate’s information she was extremely rude. On top of all this ALL of the food was cold and not edible. This is ridiculous and definitely will sway my decision to eat at Wendy’s! I’d be embarrassed for serving that garbage!!!!! My 12 year old daughter could do better than your Manager!!!

Vicki Mae: Ive had nothing but wonderful, fast service with this bank, and every interaction has been stellar. Today was just an absolutely rotten day for me, and along came Jessica. Her smiling face and happy demenor always make such a world of difference. I left with a smile on my face and 2 little ducks in my pocket after an exchange asking how I was doing, and a reply of "oh, just ducky." She was a wonderfully bright spot in a cloudy day, and is an absolute gem of a person! Wonderful service, wonderful staff, wonderful experience!

C M: I was a retail and commercial customer for over 20 years in Rome NY before I sold my home & business and moved to Cortland. The Cortland branch turned me down for heloc even though I have more $$ than the heloc I requested in my accounts and my current home is fully paid off. Disappointing to say the least. I would have given them 1 star if it wasnt for the positive experience I had had with the Rome NY branch in the past. I closed my account yesterday and moved all of my banking to another company. I also sold my NBT stock. Customer service and loyalty are broken in America which is sad.
