1 /5 Grey Ecologyst: I know this is not a branch specific issue but it seems intentionally difficult to reach someone over the phone. I can understand that there are more efficient ways of doing things like checking ones balance but sometimes you need to speak to a person and most people work during the credit unions hours of operation making in person visits difficult. The schedule a call feature is helpful but not well advertised.

5 /5 Zachary Brafman: This place sure is a credit union, it lets u put money in and take it out, this place is good for doing stuff. I do actually go here sorry for fooling around, only complaint is bad interest rates
