Shannara Feliciano: This has got to be the worst Bank of America branch I have ever been to. Came in for a simple pin reset for my card and I was there for close to two hrs before deciding to leave. Ended up going to the teller to withdraw money I needed to get out the atm and it was way quicker. He asked someone who was the manager to take care of me really quick because I was next and had my young kids who had to use the restroom and manager declined. Meanwhile he has plenty of time to prance around the branch back and forth being selective on who he helped.
