1 /5 Sam Samy: The worker is disrespectful. I told her that my bank card was lost and I want a new card. She didn’t care. She just replied. I called the bank. I was at the bank and she made fun of my English accent.

1 /5 K B: I waited 45 mins on the teller line because this location is unorganized. They had one teller taking everyone while two tellers where in an empty lobby on tablets. One could have been on the line to help. As I finally got to the teller they finally had one of the girls in the lobby hop on the teller window 15 mins before closing. She didn’t even seem to focus I told her twice I needed a money order. Then I put my debit card in 3 times because I kept telling her I put my pin in and she not even paying attention. They apparently don’t do money orders so I took a cashier check which costed 15. However when she was in the lobby I seen her not having issue with the Spanish clients she could customer service fine with a tablet.
