The guy at the front desk is absolutely oblivious and should not work there. Me and my partner got our taxes done at the same time, I had to leave them there overnight. We just had to go back to sign them once they called a couple days later... which they never did. I had to call and ask, to which the rude guy at the front desk replies, "Theyve been done, you just need to come sign them," so right off the bat bad experience. Whatever, we go sign, give them our payment info, and leave waiting for the charge to appear on a specific date.... never get charged, so I call. The guy at the front desk says he "lost my card info and must have shredded it" I give him my card info again, and he later charges me for just my taxes and not my partners as well. I wake up this morning to a declined charge for both me and my partners taxes(almost $240) I call, and the guy at the front desk proceeds to tell me, "Youre not a man of your word. You said youd pay, and now youre not. " HELLO, YOU ALREADY CHARGED ME FOR ALMOST $120 AND NOW YOURE TRYING TO CHARGE ME ALMOST $240. But Im not a man of MY word because YOU tried charging me 3 times?? This business should be ashamed, piss poor customer service. I will be degrading this business to everyone I know!
Long story short, youre better off doing them on TurboTax than having people who clearly cant do their job correctly do them.
