1 /5 Derek Brighenti: Don’t waste your time. Buy self help books and/or go to a trade school. I was told I competed the course and 2 months later I needed more credits because they didn’t honor the required courses I took my first semester. The staff I met was mostly unmotivated and one of them taight and went to the school so they didn’t have to pay back loans.

Paul Allen: I have been here twice now for a loan. The loan officer I delt with, Christie, was not very pleasant. Made everything sound way more difficult than it really was. As for the tellers, Logan, the worst one, very impatient, not clear with instructions, and clearly hates her job displaying it to all the customers by her actions. Miserable people but the rate was the best in town. I would suggest going to another location other than Tom Miller road. ****Update**** 4/19/2023 I just received a call from the bank chief loan officer Alley. She explained the expetations of DFCU employees and expressed their concerns. We talked about my experience and how it could have been different. I really appreciate the call, I will be visiting the Tom Miller Road branch in the future. Thank you Alley!

Tasha Marshall: Well, I wanted to open an account with them tomorrow and tried calling today to find out what information I would need to bring to get that done. They wont even answer the phone, been on hold for ten minutes and keep getting booted back to the main menu... going to try Adirondack federal credit union, hopefully they have a better system in place that is more professional. Yikes.

Kya Wood: Its nearly impossible to get a hold of them via phone. Im diagnosed level 2 autistic. I need to add my care manager as an authorized representative. I finally was able to get through their AI assistant to leave a message, and Im praying they get back to me, because they keepessing up my Medicaid. Im supposed to either have a disability waiver or a buy in, and they approved a spend down. Its honestly getting ridiculous, and I cant even get a hold of anyone to add my care manager so she can help. They desperately need someone to answer their phones.
