    Bauble Love: This is my second visit with Aurem Jewelers (each trip with multiple pieces) and I have nothing but praise for this local, longtime neighborhood jeweler. The main service this time around was my engagement ring upgrade. It had become too large after weight loss and Aurem’s bench did a superb job re-sizing it, keeping the engraving and hallmarks intact, and sizing it down without sacrificing the band’s integrity or the shape of the ring. I’m so pleased with their service, communication, and quick turnaround. Paul, Billy, and Vanya are absolute pleasures to work with. Gave FAIZ a try trusted them with my ring and… the problem was history… THEIR expert to repair the ring AHSIF(I’m sorry if I butchered your name) worked his magic. They don’t do any warranty but the buckle broke a few hours after it was replaced and he made an exception for me which was really nice!
