Suzanne McKellar My twin 8 year old grandsons bought watches at a thrift store, but the batteries were dead. I stopped in to Ross Jewelers to get batteries. The owner was so kind, changed the battery in the first watch and kindly explained why the missing "diamonds" couldnt be replaced (lol). Apparently the second watch was broken and a new battery wouldnt help. He asked my grandson to give him his wrist and he put a very nice looking watch (not new) on his wrist and left him beaming!! Then he refused payment!! He wouldnt let me pay for the battery or the watch!! This was such a generous act of kindness, I just want everyone know how he lit up the world for these little boys!!

Alexander Juda I absolutely loved my ring— Vania and David were so kind and generous and insistent on me getting the most incredible ring possible. She sat me down and showed me every single gem and material to make the ring with— she even measured every finger of mine that didn’t have a ring on it just in case I changed my mind. She was very patient and excited to help me create my own custom ring! It was a phenomenal experience- I recommend Vania and David to every single ring-wearer. I would, definitely, do this again.

Jordan Speed Made an appointment on a whim for piercings. The website/appointment booking was super easy and user friendly. Got to the shop and it was extremely clean and the staff were so knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming! Got pierced by Trevor and he was amazing! Kept us super calm and relaxed but also was just a super cool human to be around. Will definitely recommend to everyone and be going back for more piercings!

michael I brought some broken family jewelry in to see if Paul could use to create a ring for my husband. He immediately drew up a rough sketch of his idea and had a rendering over to me in less than a day. His idea to inlay my broken rings into a new ring was genius and it couldn’t have turned out better. The turn around time wasn’t very long and the ring when done was more beautiful and perfect than I could have ever expected. This is the second custom ring I’ve had Paul Custom Jewelry create and they have not disappointed! Highly recommend!

Bauble Love This is my second visit with Aurem Jewelers (each trip with multiple pieces) and I have nothing but praise for this local, longtime neighborhood jeweler. The main service this time around was my engagement ring upgrade. It had become too large after weight loss and Aurem’s bench did a superb job re-sizing it, keeping the engraving and hallmarks intact, and sizing it down without sacrificing the band’s integrity or the shape of the ring. I’m so pleased with their service, communication, and quick turnaround. Paul, Billy, and Vanya are absolute pleasures to work with. J J I will never support them again I’ve always supported them since their old location. Previously they’ve given my other customer orders and me being a good person returnee the jewelry back to them. They messed up a lot. Still forgave them and continued to get jewelry from them. I recently purchased some diamond earrings with a screw back. I advised him that the screw back wasn’t working he said there’s nothing he can do. I only had the earrings for a couple weeks. Bottom line I wore the earrings since the screw back wasn’t working I lost one of the earrings. I will never go back to them again! I’ve been going to them for years! Also to add I did call him in regards to my earring I still have and asked him to fix the back and he said NO! He is a liar!
