1 /5 Cathleen MannGonsalves: Branch employees are all excellent, but this bank has blown my mind with its never-current online banking app, which says you have an available balance but when at the ATM you can be rejected & mortified with "insufficient funds". 8 out of 10x app never current. But the biggest annoyance: since shopping at Xmas, this Bank has frozen my debit card WITHOUT WARNING, every single week, even after I confirmed all transactions were legit. At this moment, I amAGAINstranded & in harms way due to this banks awful attention to detail & complete lack of care if I close my account.My stress level is at its highest, & wait times for custSVC over 45 minutes. PICK ANOTHER BANK-THIS BANK DOESNT CARE ABOUT YOU

1 /5 Andrea Shecter: I am completely disappointed in this bank today. Ive been. A customer for over 5 years, mainly because its the only local option. I went to cash a paycheck ($100 from a not for profit) it was a business account from a different bank. They refused to cash it, only deposit for availability tomorrow. The employee even said I see it says pay, and its a check, but its not really a paycheck. Im not sure if she was prejudice against not for profits or the small amount of the pay ($100) . Either way she knew it was a paycheck but quoted "its against our policy" . This is the reason why I will be doing all my banking online, since there doesnt seem to be an advantage to in person local banking.
