5 /5 Halley Wolin: I have been pierced at the both locations- first with Trevor at the Williamsville in location for my bridge in 2021 for a second time ( first was over a decade ago at a different studio in Rochester ) - appointment and consultation went great , jewelry selection was straight forward - he was confident in his approach to an old piercing / scar tissue- the piercing healed beautifully . 2025- Ive come back and was recently pierced with anna at the elmwood location - let me tell ya-consultation was thorough, and collaborative. I was scheduled for lobes and septum. They recommended a different approach to what was initially booked to achieve the desired look on my lobes and reopened a piercing channel I hadn’t even considered( that’s why we hire professionals!) , gently helped me understand the benefits of that route. I had my septum re-pierced as well - but in the correct spot and i couldn’t be any happier with the placement .They are incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient as hell . Front desk reception ( i missed their name, so sorry! ) was accommodating and friendly-The communication between coworkers , booking , adjustments in jewelry selection after consultation and pricing was very upfront which I appreciate. Clean, friendly, professional - I always felt I was in good hands.
