I’m seeing a lot of significant changes in my body. I feel strong and have more energy. The trainers are very friendly and encouraging. The best thing yet is that the classes are only 30 minutes long, and no cardio is involved.

Training sessions can be with up to 4 other trainees, but only once was it more than 1 other person and myself. 1 attend 2 back-to-back sessions 3x a week since February. Vincent is a wonderful instructor, kind and patient, and lets you set the pace. The gym is very well-run, and the womens locker room is clean, as is the rest of the gym. Theres plenty of parking and easily accessible from Rt 55 and Taconic Parkway

Christopher Quinn: I dropped into MidHuson to do an open gym drop-in and was greeted by Tracey who was awesome. Dropping in for open gym for me has historically been hit or miss but this place was GREAT. My session carried into their 9 AM class but Tracey was so welcoming to me and told me to stay. I got to see her amazing community at work. Would highly recommend and would love to come back if I’m in the area!
