1 /5 Joshua Brown: Terrible company. They took my money: but didnt do my taxes. Then when I called, they claimed to have filed my taxes, and are entitled to the money for services rendered. They also told me they shredded my paperwork, so its harder to refill. Now, I have to pay a new firm to file the same return; and pay a late filing fee. Dont use this firm.

1 /5 Tracy Lafave: Dropped off taxes with Rich on January 5th for him to review the last 2 years of taxes. "I will get to them in a couple of days." March 13th.... hasnt even looked at them. Told him we would need him to do this years taxes as well... but he cant do that now. Worthless liar!
