1 /5 Lauren Wisser: I have a loan for a commercial property with ESL. I was excited to be working with a local bank. Unfortunately I was directed by their staff to make payments a specific way and at a specific time which I did so faithfully. I received multiple late fees over a 6 month period despite paying the full amount plus excess every month. I received multiple communications as to them looking into fixing the problem. I was told it was being taken care of multiple times. Eventually they told me I was doing it wrong and although they did fix that issue I am having problems again. Now my interest has risen despite a fixed interest rate. Beware of this branch as I have been told time and time again they would fix the problems.
In addition to hours of time spent trying to fix the problems with the loan that they created, I had personal banking information given to someone other than me on 3 occasions. They continued to give this information out, even after I called and spoke with a manager about the problem.
