    Timothy Sullivan: I’ve stopped in to talk to someone about a business loan they asked I leave my number for someone to call and a couple days pass with no call, I call to speak to someone and they ask to leave a number again. I’ve banked with northern for years as my mother started my savings account when I was little little and I’ve banked with them religiously ever since and recently notice little things like this starting to add up! I guess it is time to pull everything from northern and use a bank that wants their members!

    Amanda Martin: You guys have just 1 person working at the phone operating system. I called. I hung up on the lady because she was repeating herself and just frustrating me. I called back 10 minutes later same lady and so I was like. Can I get transferred to somebody else? And she hangs up on me so very unprofessional. Here I would like to talk to a manager so I call back again. And its been 30 minutes now and I have not received a call.

    Michael kirschbaum: Called Syracuse office first, spoke with receptionist what transferred me to a voicemail system. Left a detailed message and nobody ever returned the call. Later tried emailing the Watertown office. Again, a fairly detailed introduction and zero response. I can understand that maybe their services were not compatible with my needs, but very unprofessional to not respond at all.
