5 /5 Tina Tolbert: While shopping for auto insurance quotes I spoke with Kristy. She was very polite and patient with me as I am not used to doing this. Really pleasant to speak with, was very thorough, and helpful!

1 /5 Donald Dolan: Tried for 3 months to get a quote for insurance on some equipment, sent information was told they would get back to me, then weeks and months go by. I leave messages and no one returns my call. Finally I call them again today and get in contact with Kristy herself. First she says that my quote is "in process" and that they are just really busy. I point out that its been 3 months and get told "what youre looking for isnt an easy quote to make, we cant just put it into the system, we have to call several companies, you should call someone else" then she hangs up on me. I dont know if she was just having a bad day and or I somehow came across as rude... but hanging up on me with a response like that after I have waited patiently for so long. Thats absolutely rude.

5 /5 Michelle Miller: Our son needed a certificate of insurance for an apt. he was moving into today. We were unaware until the very last minute but called Kristy as soon as we found out. She was extraordinary! She went above and beyond...SO knowledgable about what we needed and Kristy took care of this right away. Our son was moving in before noon! Highly recommend Kristy and her team if you need a dependable agent with an exceptional customer service mantra and a wealth of knowledge to help fill in the blanks and details!
