1 /5 JS: High service charges on checking accounts and god forbid if you go over a few cents in your account get charged a $40.00 overdraft charge. I have left this bank and went to Generations Bank 100% better and friendly staff

Recently I made a banking error and overdrafted. I contacted the bank, explain and got it reversed. Five star is how banking should be! Thank you!

Cheryl Grimins: This statement is only regarding the person they have managing IRAs. The person who manages these accounts refuses to return phone calls and emails. Most of the time his voicemail is full and you cant leave a message. Which then leaves the bank tellers/manager who want to give good customer service to chase him around like an irresponsible child and hound him repeatedly. Its been 6 weeks and nothing from him. I would not recommend this bank for investment services at all.
