1 /5 Erin Weidman: Called 1/2/24 due to fraud charges on account, branch manager Heidi was to order me a new card and was to receive it in 7-10 days. 10 days later still no card, called 1800 number and well Heidi never ordered my card, card was to be mailed overnight, low and behold no card received the next day, called back was told it was coming fed ex and needed to be signed for which no one even mentioned that to begin with. I was told that FedEx would leave a card saying that they tried to deliver something and that if I wanted I could leave a note and have FedEx leave my debit card on my porch since there would be nobody there to sign for it, well three days later FedEx hasnt even attempted to deliver a card I was not provided with no tracking number so I cant even track to see where its at or call FedEx. Called the 1-800 number back and nobody can tell me anything 19 days later still no debit card and cant pay my bills and no one has any answers.

5 /5 Dallas Jones: Since starting work in the plaza, Im at the bank frequently for my job. They are the kind of staff everywhere should employ. Friendly, kind, fast, and efficient. The two younger ladies (the ginger with glasses and the other one with streaks in the front of her hair) are always so passionate! Smiles galore. Theyre considerate, attentive, and they make me laugh everytime Im in. Also, the other lady with the cutest little curls and is usually wearing some of the prettiest jewelry to man... She cracks me up! She recommends me movies to watch when I get home after work, and theyre always good! Overall, the staff here are the best in the business. Would 100% recommended switching to this bank, because theyre just better!

1 /5 Patrik Backus: I went into the bank the other day to open an account and get my debit card ordered and he was so rude he was telling me I could not do it for me because he was training and I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the assistant manager and would not go further he also said that he didn’t want to take me and told me to go to another branch and was so rude to me someone needs to fire this dude that is not how customer service should be

Sarah Corno: Really crappy place to bank with, but they make students think its their best option. Their online banking system doesnt update for days at a time so you cant track your purchases electronically. They also make you pay a $100 deposit for a checking account. You would be much better off going to any other local bank, like ESL or Key bank (which has an ATM right next to campus) where you wont have to pay a deposit, online services work properly, and customer service reps are kind and helpful

Jessica S: Ive been with Key Bank for 5+ years. This location has rude tellers unless youre a local or "look like" one. One teller pretended to be busy as I waited but was suddenly free to help the next person as soon as someone else called me over. The person I spoke to wouldnt make eye contact with me and acted terrified the whole time. Then I waited and waited to speak to someone at a desk but no one called me over. I eventually left this branch without being helped and drove 40 minutes to the Bausch and Lomb location in Rochester so I could be helped by people who could actually do their jobs. That experience was MUCH better and everyone was friendly and helpful, including the security guard! I wont visit the Geneseo branch again. Just replace the at this branch with machines. Im pretty sure the service would be quicker and probably friendlier.

Angel Lehman: Usually I’m not one to leave a review but this one is needed… almost every other day I come to the Geneseo location and I’m telling you every single worker there is completely rude to me and my coworkers. They always cop an attitude,They seem like we are bothering them and you can tell they are annoyed by their tone of voice. Very unprofessional. Do better. Treat others the way you wish to be treated!
