Jeff: Security Guards have Uncomfortable and judgmental behavior. People who works here DOES NOT UNDERSTAND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. Front desk people shouldn’t be working as a front desk. I’ve been here twice and I had the same bad encounter with the people there. The guy at the front desk is ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE! Not paying attention with the question and the lady, aside from she doesn’t know anything she is extremely rude! One of the cashier is also unaccommodating. But person who process the transaction is very helpful and friendly. But this place is full of negativity. Unhappy place.

Guicho Neri: BE AWARE,,, DO NOOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE... To start things this was the first time i bought a car. Being without anybody to advice i was easy prey for this sharks. Bought a car from them and at first it all looked fine but after a month i had to take the car to a mechanic and surprise surprise the car came with all sorts of wrongs. Now Im stuck paying a monthly amount for a car that is not worth it. On top of that they tricked me and they added the cost of the extended warranty into the amount to be financed. Also they supposedly charged me for a tracking device that the mechanic could not find. On top of that they didnt even run a credit check and Im paying a 25% interest rate on a loan that shouldnt be that high.Please if anybody has info on how to fight back please reply and BE AWARE. Sharks like this feed on hard working people who NEED a vehicle. Please if anyone knows how i can fight back PLEASE reply.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a bank specialist, didn’t have to make appointment he looked at my ID and tell me to sit down and I will be the next to be seen. I had Mr. Walter helped me. He was very efficient and made everything very quick and he also answered all my questions and explained a lot of things addition to my questions patiently just in case I get confused in the future.
