5 /5 lily white: I needed open an checking account and asking questions about my car loan, visited this branch first thing in the morning. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a bank specialist, didn’t have to make appointment he looked at my ID and tell me to sit down and I will be the next to be seen. I had Mr. Walter helped me. He was very efficient and made everything very quick and he also answered all my questions and explained a lot of things addition to my questions patiently just in case I get confused in the future. I saw some negative reviews before I visited this branch, but I think I had a great satisfied experience personally. Good luck Mr. Walter. Hope to get help from you next time.

5 /5 Lyndavegandoyle: Great service. I didn’t have a long wait to have my documents notarized. The social distancing rules were enforced. They also have sanitizer for your hands. The bank was very neat and clean. All the employees that I encountered were most helpful.

1 /5 Xiao Yan: I deposited a check to my checking account in Bank of America at the branch on Queens Blvd on 09/15/25. I had the receipt to show $6450 will be available on 09/17/25 at 5:00 p.m.. I also confirmed this information with the teller. I just checked my a/c on 09/18/25 and found out nothing is available. The amount on the check was already released from my original account on 09/15/25. I want to know why Bank of America is still holding my money. That is not acceptable. I feel so upset and disappointed that Bank of America is holding my money until 09/23/25. When I called customer service, they cant do anything except to keep on apologizing. I really dont like Bank of America being dishonest to their customers. They shouldnt even deserve one star! The federal government should have more investigations into Bank of America at this point to protect clients rights.
