Sometime got good service, sometime not that great. It was a mix feeling so I wish they will treat everyone the same even the customers dont look like they will buy anything. Maybe with friendliness, the customer will return and buy stuff on a special occasion.

Annalisa Sonilal: Went in here to repair and buy another gold chain. The one Im repairing was a very thin rose gold necklace. Initially, the younger associate was very nice and accommodating, but once the Older one heard that it was rose hold she quickly rushed to let us know she was quite busy and wouldnt be able to help. Yet the young woman said it would take a week. Then the older woman tried to usher us out. I guess she didnt really want to repair my rose gold. So rude. I will never return or recommend anyone to this establishment.
