1 /5 Annalisa Sonilal: Went in here to repair and buy another gold chain. The one Im repairing was a very thin rose gold necklace. Initially, the younger associate was very nice and accommodating, but once the Older one heard that it was rose hold she quickly rushed to let us know she was quite busy and wouldnt be able to help. Yet the young woman said it would take a week. Then the older woman tried to usher us out. I guess she didnt really want to repair my rose gold. So rude. I will never return or recommend anyone to this establishment.

1 /5 Areefa Ibrahim: My mom had. 3 bracelets made for her grandkids last spring. My son’s bracelet had literally broken 3 times!!! Within minutes of putting the bracelet on it breaks !! My daughter’s bracelet has also broken off 2x! Not sure what kind of gold they are using but it is definitely not worth the $$$! My mom had to take it to another well known jeweler who used to be in the area iykyk!(near carvel) but know if off of cross bay blvd, to have these bracelets fixed! Do not buy any gold from here. It is not worth the $$$

5 /5 Zana Imam: We took our daughter to get her ears pierced. Everyone was so super kind, and helpful. One of the women even gave my daughter her phone as a distraction which I thought was really nice. Definitely recommended!

1 /5 reanna ramsumair: Have been dealing with this establishment for years (maybe over 20yrs) took my sons chain in for repair, the repair was not done well, one of the links came off therefore soldering would have had to be done in 2 spots for a proper repair(which wasnt only one spot was done)... took it back immediately, the lady (more mature one)immediately said its going to cost an additional amount (without paying attention)...felt cheated, paying twice as much for a repair that wasnt done correctly! Will not be returning to purchase anything from this establishment!! Poor customer service when a problem arises, only focused on compensation of service!!!

5 /5 Chitra Prettypaul: Once you enter you are surrounded by a plexy barrier. I was looking for earrings that wont fall out and this is the place. Other high end establishments did not have what I was looking for. My concern was that I did not want something that would be thin and bend or fallout. I also didnt want something too big that would loos Rd inappropriate for a 4yrs girl.Excellent quality and it meets my expectations.

After sending out an inquiry email, I received an immediate reply from Tiffany with a very competitive offer. I think their return policy is a perfect balance of giving a buyer some recourse if an online purchase isnt what they had in mind but not being so overly generous that one wonders if a watch was purchased, tried, and returned numerous times. Shipping was overnight and every communication I had with Tiffany was answered in a very timely fashion. I will definitely do business with them again. They have a very compelling family story in the Flushing area and seem to be a self made success story built on honest hard work!

Ed Esses: Hi everybody so I was taking a walk with my friend just to simply get a battery for my watch for my watches at two watches so I stopped off at a place on 63rd and regal Park. The name of the place is called Simon and Sons. I’m at the Sun I’m the father very very nice people. I asked him if they can fix watches they said yes I said how much is it they said seven dollars apiece. I said fantastic. Please fix my watches, I’ve been around in the neighborhood trying to find places in the past I want to charge $15 for a battery. I thought that was ridiculous. Anyway they charge me seven dollars apiece. I’m very very happy and I have to watch us getting their battery I would recommend stopping in this place and also I get a nice feel like the people here very nice signing off Ezra

samantha carpio: HORRIBLEEE! I had an awful experience at this location. I bought a few earrings—two “2 for $20” packs and one at regular price—and paid over $30. The employee didn’t mention anything about the items being final sale, didn’t give me a physical receipt, and although I entered my email, I never received an email receipt either. Literally five minutes after my purchase, I walked back in because the earrings were damaged and extremely poor quality. I tried to return or at least exchange them (they were unopened), and the same employee who rang me up dismissed me immediately and rudely said, “You can’t return or exchange anything,” even though I didn’t even have a receipt or was told about any policy beforehand. She refused to help or acknowledge my concern. I left feeling completely scammed. I’ve reached out to customer service and am still waiting for support. For a company that sells low-quality jewelry, they should at least back their products with decent service. I will never shop at Lovisa again, and I recommend others think twice before doing so—especially at this location.
