Called to see if I could train here and not only were they polite and professional on the phone, but they provided directions, buzzed me in and allowed full access to their facility while I was in town. Great gym, well maintained with an excellent variety of quality equipment. My only wish would be to have a gym like this in my area of CT! Thanks to all.

5 /5 Tom W: Booked my son’s birthday party here. Kids had a great time and played dodgeball and kickball nonstop. Staff was very accommodating. In my opinion, best bang for your buck if you are planning a birthday party and cant count on good weather.

The trainers are dedicated and create super fun classes. Dont let the word Fun fool you - its always challenging!! If you are an experienced athlete or just trying to get back in shape, there is a Class for You! Plus the atmosphere is friendly!

5 /5 Wendy Ferraris: This gym is great!! The staff is knowledgeable and it has a very friendly atmosphere. The gym offers a diverse set of equipment and the trainers are incredible and always willing to help. Gym is clean and also offers massage I’ve gone twice Christina is wonderful. Definitely recommend this facility
