I also broke my gold necklace and Joann did an awesome job fixing it you can’t even tell where it was repaired, she even fixed a couple of spots I didn’t even care about! I bought my necklace there in the first place and I will continue to only buy from them.

Rodriguez Jewelry Corporation - White Plains

P C: 07/18/2025 Ive purchased things in the store and had jewelry repaired many times in the past. Today was the worst experience I have ever encountered! I came in to have a piece of jewelry repaired. The man was so rude ,he stayed in the back told me I had to wait 3 minutes so that he could finish eating , and insisted I wait and refused to come out and serve me. If he was that hungry he should have locked the doors , so no one could come into the store . I have never in my life experienced anything so awful! He stated he is the owner, which I find very hard to believe. He was downright rude and needs to be reported!

He worked with me to modify the ring designs when I requested a few changes, and the final product was beautiful! I’ll be coming back for the wedding bands and would recommend him to anyone.

Kayla Sanchez: I recently visited gorjana to shop for some jewelry, and I had a mixed experience. Nancy, one of the saleswomen, was incredibly nice and helpful. She went out of her way to assist me and made my shopping experience enjoyable. However, the other employees were quite rude and didnt even smile when we walked in. Nancy was even asking for their help, and they werent helping her at all. It was disappointing to see such a contrast in customer service. Nancys kindness stood out, but the overall atmosphere could definitely use some improvement.

He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. This bracelet has a very important meaning to it and I’m glad to have chosen Tiffany’s to represent that. Thank you Dean, Victoria and Mary Beth.
