5 /5 Tom K: What a great find! Tarrytown Jewelers is a small shop with a great social media following and provides a great selection of Swiss watches. I found a Patek I was sourcing and flew up to purchase it. Located in Upper NY the store is close to the Westchester NY Airport (HPN). A quick 15-minute Uber from the airport. Josh answered all my questions with rapid responses, before my trip. I purchased a beautiful Calatrava for my "retirement watch". All of the staff were very cordial, and I will now continue to support their store for future purchases. Josh was very fair with his pricing, accommodations, and the Rolex value he offered me for my trade-in toward the Calatrava. Skip the AD games and deal with Tarrytown Jewelers - They are well-connected and have some great Swiss watch offerings every month. I highly recommend them without question!!

5 /5 william: I have dealt with the Family at Tarrytown Jewelers since around 1979 or so from the Old Place to the current location. It has been my pleasure to deal with Steve and his Family for their Honesty their Business Practices and the way they treat their customers with the utmost respect. I have traveled from Connecticut to buy coins and a number of Rolexes because I know I am in Good Hands with Steve and his Family.

Cornelia Batu: I absolutely loved my experience here! As soon as I walked in Dean greeted me at the door and was very kind in updating me when someone would be able to assist. He had the biggest smile and was extremely kind. I went in looking for the thin version of the lock bracelet and was able to get fitted for it. Victoria helped me with the sizing. There was one more medium left in the store but we couldn’t find it. Mary Beth was kind enough to go searching for the bracelet and found it for me. The overall team effort and attention to detail was amazing. This was the best experience with high end jewelry and Tiffany’s quality never disappoints. This bracelet has a very important meaning to it and I’m glad to have chosen Tiffany’s to represent that. Thank you Dean, Victoria and Mary Beth.

I’ve never written down a review but this experience was so horrible I had to let my fellow pandora lovers know. First off, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in line and there was just a worker with a name tag Emily standing there not taking any customers. When the person in front of me kindly asked if she is available to help her she snapped and said “someone else will help you”. The woman in front had been taken by someone else and Ms. Emily decided to take me. She was being very snarky the whole time and just plain rude. I felt super rushed as she kept on asking me “which one are you going to buy?” but with such an attitude. I had decided to simply walk out because I did not want to shop in a hostile environment like this. Pandora needs to double check on its employees. I will never come back to this location.
