Karen Elsberry: This bank now shuts down your bank card almost 2 months before it is due to expire!! Then when you call the main number you get a runaround with answers being pulled from a hat. When she finally looked at my account this was the answer she came up with. I have had my accounts with NBT for a long time and now suddenly this and she claims its always been this way. So I call my branch and they said they dont do that but I couldnt get any answers there either. So just know that you will not be able to have access to your money for 2 months!
