Freyer - Schenectady Steven Silvestri: I turned in the plates to my car, brought the receipt to Mr. Friars agency showing that the plates were surrendered and destroyed, and They have lost the paperwork three times and I’m still being charged the policy amount. The staff is very unorganized irresponsible and disrespectful. When I was questioning them, the one lady hangs up on me. Based on this experience, I will never do business with them. PS the lady I was talking to was laughing in the background when I called back and talked to the assistant manager. The assistant manager, a.k.a. the bosses son had no idea what I was talking about. At this point in time I will give this business less than one. I wish I could’ve given them a zero because that is the grade. They deserve.
