5 /5 Aly Singh: Lovely place and people! Great customer service. Had a sentimental chain that needed repair, they fixed my chain beautifully and at an affordable price and also ended up getting a bracelet. Definitely will be back in the future.

I came to this store because I wanted to buy some earrings for me but the owners of the place behaved so rudely and were disrespectful because I wanted to try on a pair os earrings that I liked and they said no that I could just look at them and then my husband asked if he had any bracelets and asked to see them to which the Indian said yes they are there on the wall just look at them and he didnt want to show him the bracelets and he looked at us with disgust and racism so we decided to leave and not spend our money in that place of little faith. I don’t recommend this place to nobody!!!

1 /5 johann vasquez: I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members I think he was Indian, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I tried to examine a detail on a bracelet I was interested in purchasing, he became visibly upset. His attitude made the shopping experience uncomfortable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for better customer service.

I needed the battery and straps replaced on two watches, but the West Indian-looking man working there was extremely judgmental and racist. When I asked why he was staring at me with such hostility, he accused me of looking nervous—almost as if he thought I was about to rob the store. I told him I didn’t feel comfortable with the way he was looking at me, and he responded, “So get out.” I took my business elsewhere.
