1 /5 LeeAnna Puckett: Does anyone even work here anymore? I’ve been their customer for over 10 years. Yvonne was amazing, always checking to make sure I have the best rate. Always willing to help if I had questions and she got back to me quickly. Yvonne retired a few years ago and I have not heard from anyone since. I’ve called and left several voicemails and never receive a call back. I cannot go in person because I work during their operating ours. Not sure what to do at this point except find another agent.
