1 /5 Brandon Turrell: loses every case or drags them out for years even if it’s a slam dunk case. has no connections or pull at all in any of the areas around. Only lawyer I ever had that literally loses cases against people that are mentally insane. That’s right lost to a guy that tried to sue every single person in the county and failed, but somehow actually can outsmart this lawyer and his staff even when I had a contract that should have put the matter to rest. Ended up paying the lawsuit in full after paying the lawyer for years. I was stupid to give him a chance since he did same thing on another case prior.

1 /5 Richard Turrell: I would not hire this lawyer for anything he said 2000.00 to handle simple case and then turned around and charged us multiple times and still could not help us and told me we should of just paid the guy instead of fighting after the fact then I ended up paying the plaintiff in the end.

1 /5 Earl W: In my experience, lawyers have been helpful and respectful people, however Lance Mark is an extremely condescending person and not worth recommending to anyone. I have never heard someone mutter such disrespect on a phone consult where he obviously thought that people on the other end couldnt hear what he was saying. Pretty hard not to take offense when Lance said "I hate stupid people" to my elderly parents. My father is suffering for early dementia, which has been apparent for most people, which I why I joined the call. We wont be utilizing his services and am appalled he was recommended to my parents by Legalshield. Mark, if you are reading this, either find another profession or learn to be a better human being. .

1 /5 mommy money: This guy couldnt fight his way out of a paper bag if you wanted to I have a couple friends that have gone to him this year they were guaranteed not to lose the case and I dont know how he lost the case please please do yourself a favor and do not go to this Law Firm

Chelsea Moore: I contacted this law firm via e-mail for a SS disability consultation. I provided extensive documentation attesting to my condition. There was no reply after a week. I then phoned the office, and received a lackluster greeting. I was informed that the attorney had been in court a lot. Okay, but could we at least have gotten the process started by having the receptionist call me to acknowledge my inquiry? Another week passed afterwards with no follow-up from the firm. Guess hes still in court. In the meantime, my condition persists and my time has been wasted.

He bullies people into signing off on the estate before it is even settled. If your family is dysfunctional, this man will add fuel to that fire. Highly toxic and incompetent. Horrifying experience altogether.

The voicemail was always full as. Strangely the secretary lives out of state. After a month, they scheduled us a week later and we just couldn’t wait anymore. We lost a lot of time and needed immediate assistance. We finally went to the law office where all doors were locked, we knocked on the door for several minutes when Amanda finally answered it. Amanda is very sweet and nice, and we got back our entire retainment fee. We are very grateful for that. I would HIGHLY recommend hiring this firm but minimally going in & talking to them is a must before hiring just any attorney/firm.
