1 /5 Terri: Just not a great a attorney. There are far better skilled attorneys in the Glens Falls area. Worst real estate transaction I have ever had. We have purchased 6 homes in our life and this experience was awful. Communication was average at best. I felt like a bother when I would ask questions. The final straw was the closing which we were not present for. She never called to say it was done. When I called to ask and see about our proceeds she couldnt believe I was questioning the fact that the transaction had ended without confirmation from the seller that the proceeds were received. She actually hung up on me.

1 /5 Josh Stevens: I agree 100% with Terri, bad communication if any at all most times. Never even had contact other than email and over the phone. Told me the day before the closing she was sending her assistant that I’d never had any contact with. She was late to the closing, paperwork was not correct and not caught, blame was placed on me. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else.

1 /5 J C: Rude, didnt give me the time of day. Said she was going on vacation and try someone else and then she hung up before I could say anything... This was after not responding to my email or voicemail. When business is slow, everyone is nice because they need the money, when businesses is good you see the true colors... In all fairness, I never worked with her, but I wouldnt want to with her approach. She was referred to me by someone else, so that looks bad on both parties.
