During his previous visit, he had our rings adjusted by the woman on the right (upon entry) and was charged more than the amount quoted over the phone. This time, however, the older gentleman on the left (upon entering) took care of the adjustment, and my partner insisted we leave a positive review. I wish we had gotten his name—he was such a kind and helpful man.

Elena Barrueco: Terrible. Wasnt even allowed to walk through the door. Told it was wholesale only. Like ok…but there is no sign in the store front. Why have a business in a city where foreigners come to visit and you can’t even purchase anything unless you own a business. Makes absolutely no sense! What if I spent the same amount as a wholesaler? I even called to see if the next day was also wholesale and they straight up said “oh I don’t know you’re gonna have to come and find out”.

We were even invited to watch the engagement ring be assembled in the store. Turn around, customer service and quality are fantastic. I recommend mills to anyone looking.
