5 /5 Franchesca Caputo: Maitri is such a gem to the Troy community! All the classes are phenomenal. Do not sleep on Morgan’s Wednesday evening Vinyasa class!! It’s become a huge part of my routine and helps me “reset” halfway through the week. Every time I leave this studio I feel more grounded and at ease. Highly highly recommend! ♥️

5 /5 Alex Plummer: I love the classes and instructors at Maitri! The community is incredibly welcoming and many of the classes are at a great time for me (evenings). The classes are all levels but they are challenging. The Vinyasa class is an excellent compliment to the Monday/Thursday Hatha classes. Morgan is responsive to students needs and always stresses that you should do whats right for you. Karens Restorative and Yin classes are so relaxing I try to make sure I go to at least one of them a week. The only change Id like to see is more weekend classes as part of the regular schedule.

5 /5 Sharon Nichols: If you’re looking for a studio that’s welcoming, unpretentious, encouraging and educational, look no further! Developing my practice at this studio has been a saving grace for this tax accountant since it significantly lowers my stress level and helps me to re-center every time I come. Come as you are, there is no judgement here. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and happy to share information and alternate poses to help you optimize your practice. If you’re new to yoga, the Fundamentals class is a great place to start developing proper poses and the associated muscle memory. There are a variety of classes so there’s something for everyone here.
