5 /5 Sher Durlak: It has been a few yrs since Ive needed a personal loan. And Mariner never ceases to amaze me when i go to them! Most information is taken right over the phone. Once approved you just go to the office to e-sign documents. A total of maybe 20 minutes in the office. Now, with their new system I was thrilled I didnt have to run to a bank and cash the check. Then go to mine to deposit the cash. They do a DIRECT DEPOSIT if you have a debit card now!! This was very convenient. Emma was super helpful and friendly too. I just wish they had a closer location. Its an hour drive away from my home. But for the service and help its worth it. No matter the sum needed to borrow!

Rebecca Spencer: Customer service is poor. When I made a complaint, the answer is, "Oh well. Theres nothing we can do about it anyway." New location has no drive through, and its a long walk to get to the bank from parking lot. It is very unorganized inside with no signs 9r direction on where to go. Much smaller than previous location. After 30 yrs of banking with them, including a paid off house loan and many auto loans, it may be time to switch. If I wanted the inconveniences listed, then Ill just stick with my credit union. At least they are friendly and dont nickel and dime with all of the fees
