Geneia Rood: I just got off the phone with a woman named Lynn and she was extremely rude to me as well my public assistance was denied and I was just asking why and she said “you did not report that u applied for unemployment” then said that when she looked to see if I had applied and that they hav acess to see if I did that I didn’t! I was very confused and with all of the call volumes of calls to unemployment I wasn’t able to get through for weeks! At the end of the phone call she hung up on me! She wouldn’t let me talk and she was not professional at all!
