I had auto & renters. I canceled my renters insurance November 2024 & still to this day they are still taking money out of my bank account. I have called, emailed, text it doesn’t matter you can never get a hold of anyone. At this point I am ready to contact my lawyer. I have stage 4 terminal cancer I don’t have much money & with them taking money for 9 extra months is ridiculous. I don’t believe they have a perfect score no way must be made up
