1 /5 Jordan Reiller: Ordered a plaque for a friend whose father passed away, placed the order back in January. Exchanged emails back and forth and was very excited to get the product and present it to that person. They asked when I wanted it by. I was coming home for a little R&R beginning of February. I explained that would be the perfect time, if not I would just have someone else pick it up while we were away. Never received an email or a call for my product. I emailed them March 26th and explained how dissatisfied I was with the fact that I’ve not received my product ,have not heard anything back, nothing. Still to this day don’t understand why Someone hasn’t contacted me. I was told that they “were sorry for the inconvenience, they got the wrong blah blah blah blah and had to reorder, blah blah blah” it’s been 5 months since my original order. I was sent plaque photos with identification numbers and I sent them pictures and quotes. Was never asked for a down payment or anything. Just said they’d work the payment out when it was done.

5 /5 Vkim J Cooper: Needed my moms anniversary ring sized to wear for my wedding band on my wedding day. They had it sized for me in 6 days and the cost was only $45!! Small jewelry store that gives you personal service..unlike chain stores. They made me feel like they cared that i needed my ring ASAP. My new go to store for my jewelry needs.

Their customer service and quick turn around is why I keep coming back, even though I moved out of the area. They know what I am looking for and always have recommendations if Im not sure what I should order.

But trust me, these two are the kind of parents you’d actually want running your life. They do everything in-house from repairs, sales, and being warm and friendly. Before they took over, the original “Pop” was at the bench, so you’re basically getting decades of jewelry wisdom handed down like a family recipe. They’re personable, honest, and so trustworthy that if they suddenly decided to open a mechanic shop, I’d hand them the keys to my vintage car without a second thought. They’ve got it all from new jewelry, antique gems, watches, you name it. And they’ll do it all from fixing it, polishing it, or making it sparkle like new. They’ll also buy your Grandma’s gaudy gold bracelet if you’re tired of keeping it in a shoe box under your bed along with the spider webs. Cash it in and have some play money. I used to be loyal to a jewelry store in Closter, NJ, but I took a daring cross-border adventure (don’t worry, no politics here), to Nanuet, NY, and discovered this little “gem”(no pun intended). Best decision ever.

Zahava Shapiro: Highly recommend Bjewled for all your jewelry needs! I had been looking for cufflinks for my fiancé for weeks. We went to 4 different places and either they didn’t carry them, or they had a small selection, or they just had ugly stuff. At this point we were frustrated and drained. I called Bjeweled and from the first phone conversation I knew it was going to be our last stop. The owner was super helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. He even sent me some photos! Once we got into the store the service was EXCELLENT. Within seconds we had 2 people offering to help us- even though the store was busy and there were a lot of customers. The person who helped us was patient and not pushy at all. My fiancé needed a lot of time to make a decision and we didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! He was also very discreet about pricing so I could gift the cufflinks without being tacky. Highly recommend and would definitely go back!

Fonville Ashley (Ashley Banks): When my husband dropped his charm off to be welded due to a crack, the owner told him $45. When we came back almost a month later, because he was taking a long time to get it done, he told him it would be $105 due to the price of gold going up. This was a very small crack in a charm, but I dont understand why the price would almost triple in a matter of 2 weeks. There is an over abundance of jewelry in this store so I dont even belive he went out to buy more. But okay. My husband ended up paying $70. I thought the man was a good guy when we met him the first time, but thats bad business. You cant tell someone a price of $45 then turn around and change it after the work is done.
