Len is very knowledgeable and taught me all about what to look for when purchasing a diamond and how to read the GIA report. He was extremely patient with me as I discovered what was important to me and my fiancé and showed me plenty of samples so that I could make the right decision and eventually find the perfect diamond. The personal care and attention to detail at Le Joaillier was unmatched. I would 100% recommend!

    Kelcey C: My boyfriend and I dropped in, looking to see if they had star sapphires available. We were interested in getting an engagement ring. The staff had one available, but it didnt suit me. Jon spoke with us and let us know they make custom jewelry. We decided to give it a try. I sent in some photo ideas of what I wanted. Jon put a rough design in front of us based on what I sent. They have special software that can render a ring on a screen. It gave us a good idea of what we wanted. We sat with Jon making adjustments until we were happy with what we had. Jon then had a 3d print of the ring made. He brought in samples of different star sapphires for us to look at and with the 3d print, we could see it come together. Once we finalized the details we had the ring made. I was extremely happy with the result. I feel that I have such a unique and special ring. The fact that Jon was able to take our ideas and make such a beautiful piece of jewelry made us so happy. The staff was all so sweet and helpful. I cant say enough good things about this store. We plan on purchasing another ring for my boyfriend. I also want to get some other pieces for myself. They have such a wonderful selection. Cant wait to go back!

    Heidi Luna: Brought in my wedding ring for repair, as one of small stones had fallen out and needed replacement and the prongs had worn down and it also needed welding and cleaning from 30 years of wear and use.. I was pretty nervous leaving it but was assured it would be safe and I was very pleased with the outstanding service of Matthew James Jewelers and how beautiful my ring turned out!!     Rachel Roberts: I visited this cute little boutique about 4-5 years back while visiting the lovely town of Ellicottville. It is absolutely the perfect little shop for that town. I can tell the owner-Jessica took much pride and care into keeping it well kept. Jessica was so helpful when I came in. She helped me pick out a couple outfits that day that matched and I wore my favorite to dinner with my husband. I still have them! The clothes are great quality. 10/10 recommend. Support small businesses! We want them to stay where they are. :)
