1 /5 V Chavez: TERRIBLE customer service... I opened an acct online and received a call from a woman asking if I needed help from the bank this year...She NEVER informed me yall were closing my acct do to DocuSign docs that didnt come thru for 3days..I was told by fraud dept to open ANOTHER acct online and was AGAIN told its closed and now I have to go in.....Im not from NY Im from Orlando and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE met more DISENGAGED and JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE in my LIFE.....I wouldnt recommend this bank to my DOGS....These ppl are SHADY and they lie so watch out
