5 /5 Mel Solomon: Burchell agency recently took over the Nationwide office in Ithaca after Stan Barlow retired. I am just getting to know the agents in the office. Recently without me contacting them, Nikki called me and said there may be new ratings that Nationwide has introduced for auto insurance and would I mind if she re-did a quote for me. In a few days I got a call from her saying that my premium would go down over $200 for 6 months. Could I use the $200? You bet! What agent would call a customer to voluntarily reduce pricing? A good agent, thats who. Thank you Nationwide insurance. And thank you Nikki and the Burchell agency.

1 /5 G. D. Talbot: BEWARE!! Horrible company. If you use them or going to use them, make sure you have an attorney to call first when you are in an accident. You should anyways so with this company make sure you have several. THEY ARE NEVER ON YOUR SIDE!!!!!
