1 /5 Setrack Abdo: Filed water damage claim, they wouldn’t come out to view the damage. Denied the claim and then received a notice that they were dropping our coverage. We were customers for years and have never filed a claim. This insurance company is committing fraudulent business practices, and it is despicable how quickly they will turn on you in a time of need.

2 /5 FLORIDA STATE: 17 year being a faithful customer and never any claims put in and they will not reinstate my homeowners due to i filled a complaint with new York state DFS . This should speak for itself how this company uses retaliation and Biasness to weaponize against a 17 year customer .
