5 /5 Pat Ludwig: I have always had good and respectful times with staff whenever I have had questions about my account, about their offerings on loans, and Justin is the one I worked with most often and he always made me feel welcomed and never hesitated to explain things to me so I left with the feeling that all of the staff care about my concerns.

Always nice and clean in the building and parking lot (really glad that the parking lot isnt full of pot holes like the rest of the city), and also goes at a pace that is agreeable to reach in time, such as line waiting. Even when I had to switch over to another bank and at the rare times I am able to come in, I always feel welcomed in the establishment, both in the drive-through or in the building itself. I love the workers and their determination to make the bank a nice place to be.
