Calderone - Lockport Katie Chapman: Absolutely terrible. Doors were locked. There was a number to call at the front of the door. I spoke to a woman over the phone and told her what I needed. I was in front of the store with my elderly mother and my daughter.
As I was attempting to explain my situation the woman who rudely kept interrupted me, I explained that I had geico and when I typed it in Google their address popped up.
I had documents in hand - the lady told me I was attempting "fraud" and told me to go away. Kept speaking over me to cut me off.
Place looked super sketchy.
TERRIBLE customer service.
