North Country Housing Council - Canton Todd Palmer: Took the first time homebuyer class, Annette and her staff were extremely friendly and professional. For the class, she brought in 3 guest speakers to talk about specific areas of buying a home, such as a banker, realtor, and inspector. I would recommend this class for anyone who is looking to buy their first home and even those who havent purchased a home in numerous years as a refresher.
