1 /5 S Rodriguez: I don’t think it’s legal to have your picture taken and ID scanned just to make a money order. It’s ridiculous and an invasion of privacy. Especially for a low domination of money. Now i totally understand if I was trying to cash a check to ask for this. In any case, the company’s “policy” should be in writing and posted on the wall for all customers to see and oblige by.

stephen raynolds: Waited for more than 30 minutes to change a check, 8 teller spaces only 2 employees working. Customer service horrible, staff is rude. It does have a coin machine and Western Union service. They made so difficult the process. Manager wasnt around and they were needing some sort of approval. Would think twice to stop by for services. The worse customer service ever. Place is always dirty and rude employees.
