5 /5 Terrence (TV): I came here for jewelry repair. The place I went prior to coming here looked at the chain with a little magnifying eye. She then stated they do not repair hollow link jewelry because its difficult, so she try to sell me a similar chain which was expensive for me. I then went to Polara. When I walked in I met with an employee. As soon as I shown her the chain and ask if she can repair it, she stated yes, what needs to be done and to come back in a few days. When I picked up the chain it was cleaned and repaired. It looked brand new. I was very satisfied and will be doing business with them again.

5 /5 Lexa OKane: I cant say enough about how wonderful everyone at Polara is! My Dad recommended them to me to get my Claddagh ring resized. They were able to do it the same day and not only does it fit perfectly, but they shined it up, fixed the awkward shape of my vintage ring, and even were able to even out the hands that had been slightly crooked from past repairs. They were extremely reasonably priced, welcoming, and gave my engagement ring new life! Recommended 100%! (Pictures are before vs after)

Karoline Fischer: I had the best experience. I wanted to have some custom jewelry out of one of my son’s baby teeth and I came to Martin Busch as it’s close to where I live and it had great reviews. I have been taken care of by Eva so wonderfully there. I explained what I wanted. They sent me a draft, I gave more directions and the draft was perfected. The piece came out exactly like the draft, it’s heavenly. I got a very thin chain for the piece that I broke. I told Eva, and she said they would fix it for free. I can’t wait to get more jewelry from there.

Pristine Cleaning: My daughter got her 2nd lobe pierced by Nicole, what a wonderful experience. She was amazing and so gentle with my girl. When I took my daughter in June one of the worker who is no longer there pierced it wrong and it got infected. I called the store and spoke to nicole and she told me to wait a couple of weeks until it healed and to bring her back to get it re pierced. Thank you nicole! The customer service in this store is amazing!

Met with Rich initially to fix my bent prong, but ultimately decided to have the ring re-set, keeping the original band but getting new prongs. My ring was ready earlier than expected and I love it! Will definitely come back for any jewelry repairs! My only regret is not having my ring designed here in the first place!

Don s: Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that
