1 /5 Aaron Dart: Absolutely horrible, my car was stolen and they gave me a terrible valuation despite all the evidence provided to proof their valuation was way low. On top of everything the person handling my claim was the most unprofessional, unorganized individual I’ve ever interacted with. Never answered the phone and would not give a call back unless her supervisor got involved. If you are thinking about switching to progressive don’t. They do not have their customers best interest in mind. If you currently have them I encourage you to switch before you need insurance.

The account was linked to a bank account which was compromised and closed and i forgot to update payment and missed the letter letting me know. Thats my fault... ...But being told straight out by Tom, our agent of 7+ years, that "i cant help you, go find a new agent" as his reply when I asked how to fix this... strikes me as just awful form. Told my new agent about this situation, and he said: "Why wouldnt he have called you to let you know there were payment problems...? or just helped you get payment straightened out when you brought it up?" Good questions, I wondered the same thing. 3 Star because as awful as I think the relationship ended, the 7 years we worked with Tom were fine.
