1 /5 Christine Dippolito: No stars would be more appropriate/accurate. I have been a loyal customer for about 40 years. I should have quit Geico 21 years ago after my husband passed away. I was driving him back and forth to NYC for cancer treatment. A parking garage attendant backed our truck in between 2 pillars and dented both sides of the back end. Geico charged me 2 $500 copays. Today I received an email indicating my coverage will be canceled on 9/1 if pmt is not received. I mailed a check on 8/9. Why are customers responsible for the company’s failure to process payments in a timely manner?? I’m totally kicking Geico to the curb!
