Was very professional, super friendly, and careful with important details such as keeping things sterile and making sure I was happy with where the earrings would be placed. The jewelry is very good quality and the aftercare is exceptional! I hardly feel that I just had it done two days ago! Great experience and would highly recommend!

    Mark Cardone: Do not EVER take things here for repairs. Your jewelry will disappear into the abyss of the repair queue. We have been waiting over a month and cant get any kind of substantial update. It was supposed to be ready for pickup 2 weeks ago. The store employees have not been helpful.

    Mercedez Griffin: I did last-minute Christmas shopping and ordered online for free pick up in the store at Destiny USA. The line was close to being out the door, and as an associate walked by I asked her if there was another line for pick up. She said there wasn’t, but she Was able to help me out to the front counter. There was some difficulty finding one of the orders, but it got figured out. All of the associates seemed really nice and even though it was very busy, none of them seem irritated. Overall is a great experience, and the store manager was very nice.
