DEE: ⚠️ Review/Statement About My Consultation with Robert Friedman of Friedman & Razenhoffer (BFLO NY) Though Mr. Robert Friedman’s website claims to support the working people, I find that to be deceptive when I as a hard working person has reached out for help but was disrespected & dismissed with such callousness in a matter of minutes because he was too bored of my conversation. (Hannah, who took my call was great & extremely professional). ~Robert Friedman should’ve taken a page from her handbook.~ However, I had a truly disappointing and upsetting experience during a scheduled 30-minute consultation with attorney Robert Friedman. Sadly enough, I was met with complete lack of professionalism and compassion. I reached out to Robert Friedman via referral, for legal support regarding a deeply personal and urgent matter; fighting to gain access to my elderly mother, who I believe is a victim of elder abuse, financial exploitation, and manipulation under a questionable guardianship filed by my sibling & granted. Unfortunately, Mr. Robert/Bob Friedman cut me off mid-sentence multiple times, skipped over important details I was trying to explain, and redirected the conversation in ways that threw me off & made it impossible to clearly present my case. Less than 15 minutes into our 30min session, he DISRESPECTFULLY YAWNED in my ear, and loudly, I might add, showing complete lack of interest (not even pretending), then abruptly ended the call as I was speaking, saying, “This is too much.” I can’t handle this type of case.” That comment, paired with his dismissive tone and abrupt cutoff, was not only unprofessional: it was outright insulting. To make matters worse, his website suggests he handles the exact kinds of cases I needed help with. If that’s not the case, then the advertising may be misleading. But how would he know what I needed, when he never even gave me the chance to explain the details or allowed me to ask the questions I needed answering (the whole reason for my call in the first place)? I walked away from that call feeling unheard, disrespected, and retraumatized, especially given how emotionally charged this situation already is. I sought legal guidance and compassion. Instead, I received coldness, impatience, and extreme disrespect, disregard & judgment. If you’re someone seeking an attorney who will take the time to listen and understand, I CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIENCE RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. I know there are other great attorneys out there, who are at the very least, willing to take the time to simply listen to your concerns as you seek guidance & direction. So, know that you are not alone, and just as we may seek their support, remember, you are supporting them & their businesses as a clients, as well. IT WORKS BOTH WAYS MR. ROBERT FRIEDMAN! Without the support from clients you’re just a title. We as the people need each other, especially in times of need and in this terrible climate we are living through today. IT DOESNT TAKE A LOT OF EFFORT TO SHOW KINDNESS SIR. You never know what the person next to you is going through or when you’ll need that same kindness & compassion reciprocated, Mr. Robert Friedman. Remember, Life happens in a blink of an eye, SO PLEASE, DO BETTER Mr.Robert Friedman!
    William M. Finucane, P.C. - Elizabethtown
L.L C.: A recent real estate transaction collapsed. Buyer and Seller agreed Buyer would draft the agreement. Then the out of state buyer hired Finucane. Finucane sent a letter "requiring" my attorney to draft the agreement contrary to the parties prior agreement. Consequently, my attorney revised his agreed upon fee schedule but that didnt matter since the whole deal collapsed. I plan to make a formal complaint on this and prior occurrences. If anyone knows of any NY State law "requiring" a seller to draft a purchase offer, please let me know.

Sarah Marie: If you’re looking for an attorney who respects your privacy, communicates clearly, and operates with integrity—look elsewhere. Not only does this attorney charge 2.5x the average rate in the area, but the office is poorly managed and careless with sensitive client information. The most serious issue I experienced: my entire mental health and medical records were mistakenly faxed to the opposing party—a party the court had already ruled would not have access to those records. Despite that, the documents were sent anyway. It took twelve hours for the office to even realize the mistake, and to this day, I have never received confirmation that my records were retrieved or destroyed. They initially blamed the facility, but after further investigation, it was clear the error originated from her office—a mistake that could have easily been avoided with proper procedures and attention to detail. There was no accountability, no real apology, and no effort to take responsibility. This was not just a clerical error—it was a complete failure in client confidentiality and professional duty. I’ve taken time to reflect on this and spoken to other attorneys to ensure I wasn’t reacting emotionally, and everyone agrees: this kind of breach is indefensible. I have submitted a formal complaint with the AGC but in the meantime, the least I can do is share my experience to help prevent this type of misconduct from happening to another vulnerable client. Do not trust this attorney with your case or your personal information. There are plenty of professionals who charge fairly and operate with the care and ethics every client deserves.

Poissant, Nichols, Grue, Vanier & Babbie, P.C. - Malone
Diane Thoma: I was the plaintiff in a highly contested divorce case. Luke Babbie was extremely helpful in protecting my assets. He was professional and ethical in representing me as opposed to the defendants attorney whose damning rhetoric and misinformation added undue stress to an all ready difficult situation. Mr Babbie is a great credit to his profession. Thank you!

Andrew B: Great to deal with and prompt. Giving 3 stars though due to lack of explanation of fees even after I brought it up. Also 180$ USD fee for UPS seems like alot to send papers a couple of times
